  33. If I remember correctly, in Canada when you register your company for a
  34. provincial vendor's permit the gov't will do a computerized name search for
  35. you (if you ask)....It cost me about $7.00 or so. I think the search
  36. is nationwide, too.

  38. You can probably get this data online, from the Provincial gov't sites...while
  39. in there, check out the feds re: GST registration too.  This can save you a
  40. few bucks when buying equipment.
